Job summary

Bridge Senior Living LLC in Fort Mill, South Carolina, is seeking an energetic Life Engagement Director to join our leadership team. You will lead wellness programs across physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects, coordinating activities and supervising staff to enhance resident quality of life.

The role offers an incentivized annual bonus, tuition reimbursement eligibility after three months, 401(k) with company match, and next-day pay options.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2–3 years of experience in Senior Living as an Activities/Life Engagement Director.
• Valid Driver’s License in the State of Residency.
• Experience working with Seniors in a care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, promote, implement, coordinate, and evaluate activities in all levels of care.
• Supervise, schedule and evaluate Activity Assistants during events.
• Develop, post and maintain a monthly schedule and resident newsletter.
• Ensure timely, safe transportation services for residents.
