Job summary

Bridge Senior Living LLC is hiring a Life Engagement Assistant to plan, implement, and evaluate therapeutic recreational activities that enhance residents' wellness and enjoyment. You will work with other departments to tailor activities and may assist with transportation and monthly newsletters.

The role requires CPR certification, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and at least 1 year of senior living experience. Competitive pay and strong benefits are part of the package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• CPR Certification is required.
• Valid State Driver's License with a safe driving record is required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience in Senior Living is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, coordinate and evaluate a program of therapeutic recreational activities for residents.
• Establish and promote programs fostering enjoyment and overall wellness.
• Consult with other departments to implement activities for residents.
• Assist in coordinating transportation for activities and appointments; may transport residents.
• Assist in preparing the monthly Community newsletter.

Life Engagement Assistant Job Summary:

ALife Engagement Assistantis responsible for planning, implementing, coordinating, and evaluating a program of therapeutic recreational activities for residents.
