Job summary

MERS/Missouri Goodwill Industries is seeking a Life Coach to join the St. Louis Excel Center team. The role supports students toward completing their high school diploma, with a 46,000 to 53,000 salary and diverse benefits.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, strong communication skills, and ability to work flexible hours, including evenings. Travel up to 10% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work with a diverse group of students and staff.
• Knowledge of Missouri educational requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and enroll students into the program.
• Assess student needs and barriers to completion.
• Schedule classes aligned to assessments and goals.
• Manage a caseload of 80-120 students and maintain records.
• Monitor attendance and grades with teachers to support success.
• Intervene in student crises and coordinate resources.
