Job summary

Goodwill Education Initiatives, Inc. on the northeast side of Indianapolis is seeking a Coach to promote student engagement and advocate for learners within The Excel Center.

The role manages a caseload of 65-80 students, guiding learning and helping remove barriers to progress. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in psychology, human relations, social work, rehabilitation counseling, education, or related fields, plus strong communication and counseling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Meets with students one-on-one to set goals, creates action plans, connects to resources, and ensures timelines are met.
• Triage caseloads by managing core duties and responding to student crises as needed.
• Builds and maintains networks with community partners to connect students to wrap-around services.
• Connects students to post-secondary opportunities with College and Career Readiness staff.
• Tracks and analyzes student data to drive improvements and measure progress.
• Supports graduation outcomes and enrollment goals through ongoing student engagement.

Education
