Job summary
The Suter Company in Illinois is seeking a Life Coach & Organizational Development Specialist to advance the Dream Manager Program and employee enrichment initiatives. You will coach employees, lead the Dream Manager modules, coordinate onboarding and training, track program effectiveness, and communicate outcomes to leadership.
A Bachelor’s degree and HR leadership experience are required, along with coaching certifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and extensive HR leadership experience.
- Life coaching and Dream Manager certifications are required.
- Financial certification is required.
Responsibilities
- Provide life coaching to employees, including financial and grief coaching.
- Lead monthly Dream Manager Program modules with employees.
- Administer the selection process for program participants.
- Maintain scheduling system for monthly coaching and appointments.
- Maintain measurement system for program results and feedback.
- Integrate Dream Manager across the organization with team activities.
- Develop resources for Dream Manager participants.
- Identify staff development opportunities based on feedback.
- Connect coaching to organizational culture.
- Report program success and impact to leadership and participants.
