We are looking to hire and train dynamic, compassionate Student Life Coaches to partner with schools and connect with students recommended for our Student Evidence-based Intervention and Mediation Program. This role requires individuals who can inspire and guide young people through challenges, helping them develop the social and emotional skills necessary to thrive.

Responsibilities

• Building Meaningful Connections: Engage with students to create a safe, trusting relationship that fosters open communication and growth.
• Guidance and Support: Provide ongoing coaching, providing students with the tools and strategies to navigate academic, social, and emotional challenges.
• Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with school staff, counselors, and fellow coaches to develop and implement individualized action plans for each student, ensuring their progress is tracked and their unique needs are met.
• Fostering Growth: Encourage and support students in setting and achieving personal goals, helping them evolve academically, socially, and emotionally.
