The Suter Company, Inc is seeking a seasoned HR professional to support employee well‑being and development through life coaching, leading the Dream Manager Program, and coordinating enrichment initiatives.

You will drive onboarding, training, and program effectiveness while communicating strategically across the organization to foster growth and a culture of caring and customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10 years in HR or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Life coaching certification is required.
• Dream Manager Certification with Floyd Consulting required.
• Financial certification (FPU Coordinator) required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-developed skills in preparation and delivery of presentations.

Responsibilities

• Provide life coaching to employees, including financial and grief coaching.
• Lead monthly Dream Manager Program modules with employees.
• Administer the selection process for program participants.
• Maintain scheduling system for monthly coaching and Dream Manager appointments and supply orders.
• Measure feedback and results from the Dream Manager Program.
• Report program progress and impact to leadership and participants.
• Coordinate the Dream Manager Program with organization through meetings and activities.
• Organize Enrichment Onboarding Orientation and Suter U program.
