Qualifications

• Master’s degree and 3 to 5 years relevant experience or equivalent combination.
• Current ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential or equivalent.
• Experience managing a program with multiple partners, timelines, and participants.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead coaching elements of Selander Center initiatives and act as primary coach.
• Hire, train, and manage 70+ global contract coaches annually.
• Design and implement coach training opportunities and materials.
• Systematize coaching processes for scalability across programs.
• Collect, analyze, and report coaching data to guide decisions.
