DeKalb County Economic Development Corporation (DCEDC) is seeking a Life Coach and Enrichment Program Leader in Sycamore, IL. You will guide the Dream Manager Program, coach employees, and coordinate onboarding and enrichment initiatives.

The role emphasizes helping employees grow, coordinating training, and reporting program impact to leadership. Requires a bachelor’s degree and coaching certifications; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
10 years’ experience in human resources or an equivalent combination.
Life coaching certification is required.
Dream Manager Certification with Floyd Consulting is required.

Responsibilities

Provide life coaching to employees, including financial and grief coaching.
Meet with employees and lead the Dream Manager Program modules.
Administer the selection process for identifying program participants.
Maintain scheduling system for monthly coaching and Dream Manager appointments.
