Job summary

Protective is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator in Covington, Kentucky to support the inbound sales queue within the Protection Division. The role focuses on life and annuity products, taking inbound calls and contacting financial advisors to discuss products and opportunities.

This entry-level position requires strong communication, detail orientation, and a drive to succeed. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred, with licensing goals within the first year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant sales/industry experience preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Highly adaptable and flexible to accommodate business needs.
• Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Consistently reliable and dependable for key stakeholders and partners.
• Demonstrates high enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
• Must acquire Series 6, Series 63, and Life licenses within 12 months of start date.

Responsibilities

• Answer sales calls on a daily basis with new and existing representatives to strengthen relationships and find selling opportunities.
• Pass qualified leads along to External Wholesalers/Internal Wholesalers in the territory from which the call originated.
• Clearly convey and uphold Protective’s mission and value proposition to advisors.
• Efficiently fulfill advisor requests for product illustrations and marketing materials with accuracy.
• Serve as a product expert, providing comprehensive education on product features and benefits.
• Maintain and document advisor profile information and sales activities using Protective databases.
• Participate in weekly team meetings and individual check-ins to track performance.
