Job summary

Pacific Life is seeking a Training Facilitator in the CMD Operations Training Team to deliver onboarding and classroom training for Life and Annuity processes. The role supports Operations employees to become job-ready, working with a team of Trainers and Instructional Designers to ensure consistent, high-quality experiences.

You will coordinate onboarding, facilitate virtual sessions, monitor learner progress, and keep content current with feedback while collaborating with subject matter

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Annuities or Life Operations experience.
• Comfort with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, PowerPoint, OneNote) and learning management systems.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• FINRA Series 6 registration within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding for Production and Customer Service teams, liaising between Tech and Ops.
• Deliver engaging virtual classroom training for Annuity or Life products.
• Gauge learner progress and share performance with leaders.
• Maintain training calendar, prepare materials, and ensure access for each class.
• Update content using feedback and audit data with Instructional Designers.
