Michigan Farm Bureau Family of Companies is seeking a versatile member to support Life & Annuity Field Services and Internal Sales. The role coordinates field training, leverages CRM and BI tools to uncover opportunities, and provides essential administrative support to connect agents, leadership, and home office teams.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in a professional office or customer service role, familiarity with Salesforce, and a strong command of MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, with focus on business administration, management, insurance, math, or finance.
• Familiarity with SalesForce required.
• Minimum of two years in professional office experience or customer service role required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field training efforts, scheduling, logistics, communications, and follow-up with field leadership and trainers.
• Identify Life and Annuity sales opportunities using CRM and BI tools and communicate with Internal Sales.
• Organize, prioritize, and track opportunities, ensuring follow-up and proper routing.
• Provide relevant opportunity information, reporting, and administrative support to advance Life and Annuity growth.
