Job summary

Envision Technology Solutions is seeking a seasoned project/program manager to lead enterprise governance, coordinate offshore delivery, and drive KPI/SLA reporting. You will own plans, manage risks, and report to executives while aligning stakeholders across distributed teams.

The role requires strong communication, independent ownership, and adherence to enterprise governance and security standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project/program management experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of governance frameworks and control processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating distributed/offshore delivery teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own project plans, milestones, staffing, risks, and dependencies.
• Lead governance reviews and executive-level status reporting.
• Coordinate customer stakeholders and distributed delivery teams.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, budget/schedule health, and corrective actions.
• Act as onsite coordinator for offshore teams.
• Demonstrate strong customer communication, ownership, prioritization, and risk escalation.
