Sutherland is seeking an experienced program delivery leader to own end-to-end delivery of enterprise data and AI transformation initiatives in a 6+ month engagement. You will manage stakeholders, ensure governance, and drive execution across multiple teams in a dynamic cloud/DevOps environment.

The role requires coordination across DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise application portfolios with a focus on security, compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Delivery Ownership.
• Client Relationship and Stakeholder Management.
• Insurance Domain Alignment.
• Coordination Across Multiple Teams.
• Risk and Dependency Management.
• Governance and Reporting
• Security and Compliance Oversight
• Executive Communication and Steering Committee Leadership
• Monitor and govern CI/CD pipelines, release processes, and deployment strategies.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to improve deployment frequency, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee cloud infrastructure planning, provisioning, scalability, security, and cost optimization.
• Coordinate with cloud architects and infrastructure teams on architecture reviews and modernization initiatives.
• Ensure cloud operations align with business continuity, disaster recovery, and security requirements.
• oversight for enterprise .NET and Windows-based application portfolios.
• Review technical solutions, architecture decisions, and implementation roadmaps to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Experience with tools such as DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of release management, deployment strategies, change management, and production support processes.
