Job summary

Machine Learning Technologies, LLC is seeking a program manager to drive delivery governance and Agile/SAFe execution. You will coordinate sprint planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes for complex projects.

The role requires collaboration across cross-functional teams, strong KPI/SLA tracking, and oversight of release coordination and transitions in Life & Annuity domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE/EE or related field required.
• Experience with Agile governance and SAFe.
• Strong stakeholder communication and governance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide delivery governance and Agile/SAFe execution across programs.
• Oversee sprint planning, risk/issue management, and staffing cadence.
• Track KPI/SLA, governance reporting, and lead release coordination.
