Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• Minimum 1 year of construction industry experience in a similar role with basic math skills.
• Experience with lien waiver software is required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organization and time management, and ability to read and interpret project documents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Lien Waiver software with accurate data.
• Prepare and distribute waivers.
• Track and distribute current construction lien waivers.
• Obtain closeout waiver documents for payment.
• Expedite and track waiver submittals.
• Obtain conditional and unconditional waivers requiring approvals.
• Perform office administrator tasks as needed (phones, mail, supplies).
• Self-manage workload distribution.
