Responsibilities

• Monitor accounts receivable and contact customers to collect payments.
• Apply cash, checks, ACH, and wire payments to invoices.
• Prepare monthly AR statements and reports.
• Prepare and send lien notices and waivers; ensure state compliance.
• Coordinate with Controller and legal counsel on notices.
