Job summary

Apogee Services Inc. is seeking a Construction Risk Documentation Specialist to gather project information for preliminary notices of lien rights, track payment progress, and manage lien waivers. The role supports onboarding new customer accounts and credit reviews.

The candidate will work with Word and Excel, perform data reviews, and assist in coordinating with customers as well as internal teams. A high school diploma is required, with preferred related degrees, and a customer-service mindset

Apogee Services Inc. Position Summary

The Construction Risk Documentation Specialist will obtain information on customer construction projects to facilitate in sending preliminary notices of lien rights. The Specialist will track projects payment progress and apply the information to review, mark up, send for legal review and provide lien waivers to customers as requested or needed. They will also assist in onboarding new customer accounts, including pulling and reviewing credit information as well as making recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Collect and process Project Information Sheets
• Review project tracking reports
• Collect and process Lien Waivers
• Process Credit application requests
• Prepare Export documentation
• Process Credit reference requests.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience Required:

• Good organizational and communication skills; both oral and written.
• High School diploma or equivalent GED required
• Good organizational and communication skills; both oral and written.
• Working knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to read, write and understand work instructions.
• Possesses basic math skills.
• Ability to work with a customer service mindset.

Preferred:

• Associate’s degree in accounting or related field.

Pay Range

$19.00 - $22.00/hour
