UMass Memorial Health in Massachusetts is seeking a licensed clinical social worker (LICSW) with a Master’s in Social Work for a full-time role. The position involves psychosocial assessments, individual and family therapy, and coordination with outpatient providers to develop and implement treatment plans.

The role emphasizes teamwork within a multidisciplinary context, with a 40-hour week and a day shift. A signing bonus may be available, and compensation is aligned with experience.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Social Work is required.
• Current Massachusetts LICSW licensure required.
• One to three years of social work experience.
• Psychosocial assessment, crisis intervention, discharge planning, and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.
• Strong written and communication skills; basic computer skills.

Mansioni

• Conduct intake interviews with patients and families to develop psychosocial evaluations.
• Participate in team planning of treatment during initial interview and coordinate daily team meetings.
• Provide psychosocial assessments and treatments, individual and group education/therapy including dual diagnosis cases.
• Serve as primary clinician for individual therapy, couples and family therapy.
• Work with outpatient providers to coordinate treatment planning.
