Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work is required.
• Current Massachusetts LICSW licensure is required.
• 1–3 years of social work experience preferred.
• Ability to perform psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake interviews to develop psychosocial evaluations.
• Coordinate daily team meetings and contribute to treatment planning.
• Provide psychosocial assessments and therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
• Serve as primary clinician for individual and family therapy.
• Coordinate discharge planning, housing, benefits, and post-discharge needs.
