Qualifikationen

• BLS certification options: American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or Allina in-house training.

Aufgaben

• See adult and geriatric patients in an outpatient therapy setting.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and psychological evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with patients and care teams.
• Deliver outpatient psychotherapy services (individual and family).
• Engage patients' social supports to improve functioning and outcomes.
• Coordinate care with community providers and agencies; initiate referrals as needed.
• Mentor and provide clinical guidance to mental health practitioners when applicable.
