The role features Monday–Friday daytime hours, no on-call or weekend work, and the option to work from home up to three days per week, with a caseload that includes adults of all ages and some geriatric emphasis.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, family therapy, social work or counseling related field.
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) MN Board of Social Work required upon hire.
• BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross or in-house training within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• See adult and geriatric patients in outpatient therapy.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and psychological evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with patients and care teams.
• Deliver outpatient psychotherapy services (individual and family).
• Engage patients' social supports to improve functioning and outcomes.
• Coordinate care with community providers and agencies; initiate referrals as needed.
• Mentor and provide clinical guidance to mental health practitioners when applicable.

Job Summary

Allina Health is seeking a Licensed Therapist (LICSW) to provide outpatient therapy and psychological services for adults and geriatric patients in St. Paul, Minnesota. This position offers the opportunity to deliver evidence-based behavioral health care in a collaborative, patient-centered clinic. You will work closely with primary care, specialty providers, behavioral health professionals, caregivers, and community resources to support the mental health and overall well-being of adults and older adults. The role combines the resources and clinical expertise of an established health system with the close connections of a community-based practice.

Key Position Details

• WFH up to three days per week
• The patient population includes older adults; however, the caseload is not exclusively geriatric. Candidates must be comfortable providing care to adults of all ages and may occasionally work with adolescent patients.

Required Qualifications

• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Current BLS certification from the American Red Cross
• Allina in-house BLS training (within 180 days of hire)

Pay Range

Pay Range: $35.61 to $48.81 per hour The pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable). Shift, weekend and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
