Allina Health is seeking an Outpatient Therapist (LICSW) at New Ulm Medical Center. You will deliver individual, family, and group psychotherapy, perform DSM-based assessments, and develop treatment plans in coordination with primary care and specialty providers.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in psychology, family therapy, social work or counseling related field.
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker - MN Board of Social Work required upon hire.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association/Red Cross or in-house) within 180 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• See patients across the lifespan.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and psychological evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and care teams.
• Deliver outpatient psychotherapy services (individual, family, and group).
• Engage patients' social supports to improve functioning and outcomes.
• Coordinate care with community providers and agencies; initiate referrals as needed.
• Mentor and provide clinical guidance to mental health practitioners when applicable.
