Allina Health in New Ulm, MN is seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to provide evidence-based therapy at New Ulm Medical Center. Join a collaborative, patient-centered team delivering outpatient psychotherapy across the lifespan.

You will work with primary care and specialty providers, coordinate care with community resources, and may perform up to 50% virtual care while enjoying comprehensive benefits and ongoing professional growth.

Formación

• Master's degree in psychology, family therapy, social work or counseling related field.
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (MN Board of Social Work) upon hire.
• MN DHS Mental Health Professional.

Responsabilidades

• See patients across the lifespan.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and psychological evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and care teams.
• Deliver outpatient psychotherapy services (individual, family, and group therapy).
• Engage patients’ social supports to improve functioning and outcomes.
• Coordinate care with community providers and agencies; initiate referrals as needed.
• Mentor and provide clinical guidance to mental health practitioners when applicable.

Educación
