Data Recognition Corporation is seeking a Psychometrician focused on licensure and certification. You will oversee the design, development, and maintenance of large-scale assessments, collaborating with clients to tailor psychometric solutions to their programs.

Ideal candidates bring advanced measurement theory knowledge, strong communication, and a track record of partnering with credentialing boards and healthcare-related examinations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required with 3+ years related experience; Ph.D. preferred.
• 3+ years in psychometrics, measurement, analytics or high-stakes testing.
• Experience with licensure/certification exam development and scoring is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, development and maintenance of licensure/certification assessments.
• Manage client relationships and scopes of work across all phases of development.
• Lead reliability/validity studies and other psychometric activities for clients.
• Present findings at industry conferences and prepare technical reports.
