PSI Services is seeking a Senior Test Developer to contribute to item editing, item bank management, and test creation across client programs. This full-time, remote role offers flexible hours around core business days with up to 20% travel for meetings and workshops.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in professional test development, with strong proofreading and MS Office proficiency. Prior work with client advisory and project management is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in professional test development or related field.
• Experience with large-scale testing programs preferred.
• Strong proofreading and editing skills.
• Familiarity with item banks and test development workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and manage clients’ item banks in proprietary testing software.
• Maintain and update items and classifications per workflows.
• Edit/proofread items for grammar and style per client guides.
• Assemble test forms meeting prescribed criteria and document results.
• Facilitate development meetings with clients and SMEs.
• Train item writers and monitor progress on assignments.
• Document decisions/outcomes from meetings.
• Develop timelines and track progress with PM tools.
• Communicate requirements and progress to clients and SMEs.
• Maintain knowledge of proprietary testing software.
