BetMGM LLC is seeking a Licensing Support Specialist in Jersey City, NJ to manage license tracking and help ensure regulatory compliance across states. You will handle applications, renewals, and fingerprinting logistics while coordinating with multiple departments to support BetMGM’s gaming operations.

A fast-paced environment requires strong attention to detail and robust communication. The role emphasizes regulatory licensing, data confidentiality, and collaboration with regulatory agencies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; fast-paced environment; excellent customer service; strong written and verbal communication; highly organized with attention to detail; experience in regulated environments; paralegal or legal assistance background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and continually develop the license tracking program.
• Assist with occupational licensing processes: form completion, information updates, renewals.
• Coordinate employee licensing procedures for BetMGM launches in new and existing states.
• Review licensing and reporting requirements and ensure compliance with controls and regulations.
• Coordinate fingerprinting appointments and submit license applications; track fee schedules.
• Maintain confidential company and personal data; perform other duties as requested.

This position is also eligible for participation in a performance-based bonus plan.Gaming Compliance & Licensing RequirementsAs an online gaming company, BetMGM is required to comply with state gaming regulations which includes licensing obligations. Applicable employees must be licensed by at least one jurisdictional agency, although certain positions require licensing by multiple agencies. Failure to become licensed or maintain licensure with each agency as required for the role may result in termination of employment.
