BetMGM in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Security Officer to patrol the property, verify IDs, monitor surveillance, and provide first-aid and emergency response as needed. The role emphasizes guest service, incident reporting, and adherence to gaming regulations.

Candidates must be able to obtain a gaming license and pass mandatory certifications. This onsite position offers a competitive hourly wage with eligibility for a performance-based bonus plan and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor all areas of the property, including exterior.
• I.D. all incoming patrons entering sportsbook.
• Monitor alarm system and surveillance cameras.
• Provide excellent guest service and resolve complaints.
• Act as a first responder in emergencies and perform first aid.
• Handle gaming drops/transactions and file reports.
• Dispatch information to appropriate personnel via radio/phone.
• Ensure safety by securing scenes and evacuating if needed.

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
