Job summary

BetMGM LLC, Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a Surveillance Operator to monitor sportsbook activities using CCTV, review incidents, and document variances. This onsite role requires vigilance, knowledge of policies, and collaboration with leadership to ensure guest safety and compliance.

Responsibilities include monitoring various sportsbook areas, maintaining confidential records, and coordinating with authorities when necessary. Prior experience in gaming surveillance is preferred.

• One year of relevant experience in gaming and/or Surveillance.

Responsibilities

• Operate CCTV technology to monitor sportsbook activities and archive audio/video evidence.
• Monitor areas (Cage, Soft Count, Kiosks, Sports Bar) to deter fraud and maintain policy compliance.
• Review incidents and document guest complaints, errors, risks, theft, and variances.
• Maintain knowledge of sportsbook rules and company policies; participate in training.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance guest experience and assist authorities as needed.

Testify in court as a representative for the company as necessary. Maintain strict confidentiality of Surveillance operations and any non-public information learned as an employeeIdentify trends and abnormalities by reviewing data through various software applications and investigating anomaliesCollaborate with leadership to maximize guest experiencePerform other job-related duties as requestedQualificationsOne (1) year of relevant experience in gaming and/or SurveillancePrevious experience working in a similar resort setting or similar environmentCompensationThe hourly pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for participation in a performance-based bonus plan.Applicants must possess legal authorization to work for our company in the U.S. without the need for immigration sponsorship.
