Job summary

Civicworks seeks a Family Center Director, classified as Social Service Administrator III, to oversee licensing, monitoring, and compliance of child placement and residential care agencies contracted with the Maryland Department of Human Services. Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work from an accredited college or university approved by the Council on Social Work Education.
• Seven years of professional experience in a social work capacity, with four years in an administrative, supervisory, or consultative capacity.
• Licensed by the Maryland Board of Social Work Examiners.
• Two years of experience in Child Welfare programs (preferred).
• Experience monitoring agency compliance and/or enforcing COMAR regulations in a human service agency (preferred).
