The Licensing Specialist 2 will be responsible for maintaining all official company records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements by filing necessary documents with the state, taking minutes at meetings, managing corporate responses, and generally overseeing the administrative aspects of the company’s legal structure, including proper document storage and accessibility. Research and interacting with leaders and associates on all levels. The ability to communicate ideas, issues and solutions across user and support audiences is essential to the role.
Salary range between $48K - $50K Annually
