Software Licensing Specialist - Remote, USA

Position Summary:

Telestream is seeking a Software Licensing Specialist to support the licensing of several products over several licensing platforms, both Enterprise and Desktop.

Responsibilities:

1. Receive, process and deliver software licenses procured by Telestream customers
2. Track the issuance of prepaid licenses for third party software for reporting back to vendors
3. Receive, review and process license modifications per customer requests
4. Notify customers and regional sales representatives if license requests result in unsupported configurations
5. Update CRM program with current license information
6. Learn to license new products as they are released
7. Provide customer service component and respond to EULA related inquiries via both phone and email, as well as serving as the first level of technical assistance

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 2-3 years of software licensing experience
2. Must have strong oral/written communication skills
3. Proficient in MS Office Suite applications (Advanced Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe)
4. Must be a self-starter, driven and able to work with limited direction under targeted timelines
5. Salesforce experience preferred
6. Collaborative personality with the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
7. Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced and sometimes unstructured environment
8. Facilitates open communication
9. Ability to problem solve and make decisions
