Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
Will assist licensing department with the licensing of New Hires andOn-boarding new Hires weekly.
Update Systems as needed daily.
Maintain records and personal Log of all licensing requests.
Cover overflow while team members are out.
Assist with annual renewals and continuing education.
Handle misc. licensing matters as they come up
Assist Licensing Manager as needed with additional requests

Qualifications

Qualifications :

Prior experience in the mortgage industry is required
Strong working knowledge of NMLS with 1-2 yearsexperience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to meet department performancestandards.
Organizational skills, with the ability to multitask.

Desired Education/Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); College degree preferred, but not required.

Work Authorization : Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S.
