Job summary

Medical Licensure Group, LLC seeks a detail‑oriented licensing administrator to manage licensing projects from start to finish. You will communicate with clients by phone and email and gather information from licensing boards.

Responsibilities include researching state requirements, preparing documents for boards, tracking progress, and maintaining meticulous records. A professional office background and strong Microsoft Office skills are preferred.

  • Manage licensing projects from start to finish, including daily administrative tasks, deadlines, and follow-up.
  • Communicate with clients by phone and email, providing professional, responsive guidance throughout the licensing process.
  • Research state licensing requirements and gather information from licensing boards and other credentialing organizations.
  • Prepare and review documents for submission to state licensing boards.
  • Track project progress and follow up with clients, licensing boards, and other credential holders to keep projects moving.
  • Maintain accurate records through data entry and detailed documentation.
  • Build professional relationships with clients, colleagues, licensing boards, and other contacts.
  • Identify and resolve obstacles that arise throughout the licensing process.
  • Stay current with changing state requirements and apply those requirements accurately to each project.

OUR PURPOSE

Medical Licensure Group, LLC facilitates the state licensing process for physicians and other healthcare professionals. This position does not require certification, or any medical-related experience, and is solely administrative in nature, as outlined below. While our field is niche-specific, our work is very similar to that of a mortgage loan processor, insurance broker, or paralegal. If you have strong administrative skills and/or experience in these areas, we encourage you to apply!

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Manage licensing projects from start to finish, including daily administrative tasks, deadlines, and follow-up
  • Communicate with clients by phone and email, providing professional, responsive guidance throughout the licensing process
  • Research state licensing requirements and gather information from licensing boards and other credentialing organizations
  • Prepare and review documents for submission to state licensing boards
  • Track project progress and follow up with clients, licensing boards, and other credential holders to keep projects moving
