Qualifications

  • 3-5 years in government licensing, regulatory compliance, or related field
  • Experience with lottery licensing preferred
  • Attention to detail in handling applications and regulatory protocols
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple applications across jurisdictions
  • Strong written and verbal communication with regulators
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and licensing databases is a plus

  • Licensing Management: Prepare, submit, and manage applications for licenses, permits, and renewals across state, city, interstate, and environmental categories
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure licensing documents are completed, submitted, and stored per standards
  • Follow-Up & Communication: Communicate with regulatory agencies, track status, follow up on outstanding licenses or permits
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of licensing documents, statuses, and correspondence
  • Lottery & Gaming Compliance: Manage licenses related to lottery and gaming operations
  • Contract & Loan Background: Support licensing with understanding of contracts and loan documentation
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Coordinate with legal, operations, and finance to align licensing with needs

The ideal candidate will have a background in government licensing, contract management, and compliance, along with strong communication skills to effectively follow up on applications and maintain records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Licensing Management:Prepare, submit, and manage applications for licenses, permits, and renewals across state, city, interstate, and environmental categories.
  • Compliance & Documentation:Ensure all licensing documents are accurately completed, submitted, and stored according to compliance standards.
  • Follow-Up & Communication:Communicate with regulatory agencies, track application status, and follow up on outstanding licenses or permits.
  • Record Keeping:Maintain detailed, organized records of licensing documents, application statuses, and correspondence with agencies.
  • Lottery & Gaming Compliance:Manage licenses related to lottery and gaming operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Contract & Loan Background:Support licensing efforts with an understanding of contract and loan documentation, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration:Coordinate with legal, operations, and finance teams to ensure that licensing efforts align with business needs and compliance protocols.

Requirements
