Qualifications

• 8+ years in licensing, project management, or product development in fashion, beauty, or consumer products.
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle from concept through commercialization.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Design and Product Development teams.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Comfortable moving between strategic work and administrative details.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Creatively driven with interest in product storytelling.
• Passionate about product creation, execution, and partnerships.
