The role requires a bachelor’s degree in human services and a valid driver’s license, with at least two years' experience in social services and case management in child welfare.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, psychology, counseling, or a related human services field.
• 2 years working with children and families in the social services field with one of those two years specifically case management with child welfare.

Responsibilities

• Provide training to resource homes and support to resource parents.
• Work as part of the family support team and recruit homes when applicable to contract.
• Follow policies, rules and regulations on licensing standards.
