KVC Health Systems seeks a Treatment Foster Care Specialist in Missouri (St. Louis) for a full-time, hybrid role. Salary ranges from $43,000 to $46,000 annually, with a pay range of $43,888–$46,000 and evenings/weekends on-call rotation.

You will recruit and train TFC providers to ensure safe, loving homes for children with special needs. Education requires a bachelor’s or master’s in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience delivering social services to children and families in public or private agencies.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• As the Treatment Foster Care Specialist, you will select, train, and support TFC resource providers to offer safe, loving homes for children with unique needs.
• Partner with the Department of Social Services, Children’s Division to enhance lives of children seeking stable TFC placements.
