KVC Health Systems seeks a Treatment Foster Care Specialist in Missouri (St. Louis) for a full-time, hybrid role. Salary ranges from $43,000 to $46,000 annually, with a pay range of $43,888–$46,000 and evenings/weekends on-call rotation.

You will recruit and train TFC providers to ensure safe, loving homes for children with special needs. Education requires a bachelor’s or master’s in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience delivering social services to children and families in public or private agencies.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Salary Range: $43,000.00 To $46,000.00 Annually

KVC Missouri Community Based Services – Child Placement
Pay: $43,888-$46,000 annually
Schedule: Monday through Friday hybrid, flexible scheduling, with on-call rotation for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Summary

• As the Treatment Foster Care (TFC) Specialist, their role is to carefully select, train, and continuously support TFC resource providers who possess the skills and dedication to offer safe and loving homes for children with unique needs.
• By partnering with the Department of Social Services, Children’s Division, they are dedicated to enhancing the lives of children in search of stable TFC placements, providing them with the nurturing environment they deserve to thrive and flourish.

Education

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related human services from an accredited institution.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience working with children and families in the direct delivery of social services in a public or private agency, preferably in the fields of foster care or adoption.
• Critical think skills

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook email.
