Job summary

Hot Topic, Inc. is seeking a Licensing Assistant Manager to support our in-house licensed business.

You will serve as the liaison between internal teams and external licensing partners, oversee 4–5 major partners and up to 30 smaller partners, and drive growth in our licensed product lines. This role operates on a hybrid schedule at our City of Industry HQ in California, requiring three days onsite per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with solid licensing understanding.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multiple partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main liaison with licensors and internal teams to streamline licensing processes.
• Drive revenue growth by managing 4–5 major partners and up to 30 smaller partners.
• Negotiate contracts, programs, and audits with external partners and internal teams.
• Oversee licensing partner relationships from product launches to post-approval steps.
