The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 1–2 years in data entry or licensing. Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail are essential in a fast-paced, customer-focused

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of data entry and/or licensing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file standard, advanced and specialized applications and renewals.
• Submit 50-100 applications per week (varies by filing complexity).
• Collaborate with Customer Success Associate-Account Managers to fulfill orders and resolve licensure barriers.
• Document changes to the filing process in the internal database and coordinate with onboarding/research teams.
• Operate efficiently within a collaborative team environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
