Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience supporting licensing functions in regulated environments.
• Strong administrative and computing skills with MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor staff on licensing processes and systems.
• Coordinate workflows across licensing functions (TPA, MGA, reinsurance).
• Monitor and optimize daily licensing operations for efficiency and accuracy.
• Act as liaison between Licensing team, agency partners and licensed personnel.
• Maintain confidentiality and safeguard data per regulations and standards.
• Support individual and entity licensing processes ensuring timely execution.
• Oversee reporting and auditing to keep licensing records accurate.
• Assist with licensing aspects of mergers and acquisitions and post-close integration.
• Provide clear, professional communication to agents and carriers.
• Maintain regulatory documents in line with team standards and timelines.
• Contribute to licensing process improvements to ensure compliance.
• Analyze and resolve complex licensing issues; escalate as needed.
