You will troubleshoot licensing issues, coordinate with technical teams, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout product configuration, licensing, and deployment. Qualifications

Experience supporting customer migrations and licensing support.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with technical teams and customers.

Responsibilities

Support customers through their transition to Sovereign Critical Infrastructure.
Serve as frontline for customer licensing issues encountered during migration.
Troubleshoot and resolve licensing issues related to product configuration, licensing, and deployment.
Analyze technical information to identify licensing issues and determine resolutions paths.
Coordinate with technical teams to resolve complex licensing problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
