Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Smart Licensing, Smart Accounts, and CSSM.
• Experience in L2 support and escalation handling for licensing or network environments.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, firewall and proxy.
• Experience with Cisco platforms such as Catalyst, Nexus, ISR/ASR, SD-WAN, ASA/FTD, WLC.
• Expertise in troubleshooting license registration, synchronization, and compliance issues.
• Experience in test lifecycle management (BAT/UAT, regression testing).
• Strong knowledge of incident management, root cause analysis, and defect triage.
• Ability to coordinate release readiness activities (risk assessment, rollback, validation).
• Experience with JIRA, test repositories, dashboards, and reporting tools.
