Job summary

EnVogue International is seeking a Licensing Manager in New York to partner closely with the Licensing Director. You will manage day-to-day licensor relationships, approvals, and program calendars while identifying new brands and opportunities to grow the licensing portfolio.

You will collaborate across Sales, Design, and Merchandising to develop commercially relevant licensed assortments and ensure brand alignment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Licensing, Brand Partnerships, Brand Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing day-to-day licensor relationships, communications, approvals, and licensed programs.
• Strong network within the licensing and brand partnership industry.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to identify whitespace, product extensions, and growth opportunities.
• Experience researching and evaluating potential brands and licensing partnerships.
• Strong understanding of licensing processes including approvals, style guides, contractual requirements, royalties, and timelines.
• Excellent relationship-building, networking, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication with licensors, licensing agencies, and brand partners, ensuring strong and responsive relationships.
• Manage key licensed programs from concept through production, keeping approvals, timelines, and brand requirements on track.
• Collaborate with Licensing Director on licensing strategy, brand relationships, new opportunities, and portfolio growth.
• Build and maintain relationships across the licensing industry and develop connections with prospective brand partners.
• Identify whitespace, new categories, and product extensions to grow existing licensed programs.
• Research and evaluate potential new licenses and partnerships alongside the Licensing Director.
• Collaborate with Sales, Design, Product Development, and Merchandising to develop commercially relevant licensed assortments.
• Provide strategic and creative input on product concepts to ensure strong brand alignment and commercial potential.
• Oversee product and artwork submissions, approvals, style guide compliance, licensing documentation, and program calendars.
• Represent EnVogue in partner meetings and relevant licensing industry events.
