Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and municipalities.
• Experience in a licensing, compliance, or administrative role is a plus.
• Sales operations, data management, or reporting experience is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist in pipeline management and keep sales records up to date in Salesforce.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure data integrity.
• Interact with customers during the licensing process for installations and removals.
• Generate and analyze reports on sales performance, licensing, and compliance.
• Support sales by identifying missing records and completing actions.
• Administer municipal tax and sticker fee processes for installations, removals, and renewals.
• Maintain licensing records in Salesforce for installations and removals.
• Interface with municipalities to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Travel up to 50% in a company vehicle.
• Other duties as assigned.
