Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a corporate business environment with knowledge of AP, forecasting, budgeting, database management, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Administrative duties for Licensing Specialist role.
• Sort mail and handle inbound/outbound calls with attorneys and local administrations.
• Develop and manage licensing timelines and provide leadership with recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive growth and improve processes.
• Develop and implement databases and data collection systems to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and licensing projections for leadership.
• Assist Tax Director with data resources to compile sales reports.
• Analyze data to identify trends and suggest process improvements.
• Communicate effectively to build relationships with stakeholders inside and outside Finance.
