The successful candidate will balance accuracy with timely responses, support internal teams, and uphold compliance across license and claims workflows in a fast-paced state

Qualifications

• Two (2) or more years of combined education and/or experience in business administration, public administration, communications, legal studies, regulatory administration, licensing, program administration, claims processing, customer support, or a related field.
• Experience administering or applying laws, rules, regulations, policies, or formal procedures in a governmental, licensing, regulatory, or compliance environment.

Responsibilities

• Process lottery claims received in person, by mail, and by fax.
• Respond to public inquiries regarding liquor laws and regulations.
• Process applications and handle confidential licensing information.
