Responsibilities

• Handle payments and math computations.
• Provide high-volume in-person and phone customer service to licensing applicants.
• Assist applicants with outreach to city agencies and interagency communication to resolve issues.
• Answer calls, emails, and written communications; relay applicant information.
• Attend seminars, meetings, trainings; follow agency policies.
