The ideal candidate will have a finance or accounting background with experience in ERP systems, strong Excel skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 2+ years in accounting/finance; strong GAAP knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; accuracy.
• Proficient with Excel, pivot tables, and basic formulas.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare General Ledger journal entries for accurate financial records.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes with timely payments.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning with financial insights.
• Prepare analytical reports and dashboards for management.
• Perform 3-way match for PO invoices and process non-PO invoices.
• Review invoices for taxable charges and ensure proper tax use.
• Assist with vendor documentation and audit support.
• Maintain SOPs and participate in process improvement projects.
